Zerynth, an industrial IoT startup, raised €5.3m in a round led by United Ventures.  Synergy Flow, an energy transition startup, 🇮🇹raised €1.8m in a seed round led by 360 Capital.  DDC, a biotech startup, 🇮🇹raised €1.5m in a round led by Utopia Sis.  Medicud, a health-tech startup, 🇮🇹raised €500k from Innova Venture.  FidoRent, a proptech startup, 🇮🇹raised €400k from Exor Ventures and other investors.  Bending Spoons acquired Evernote. 🤯🔥  Neosperience 🇮🇹acquired a controlling stake in Revoo, a wellness startup, for an undisclosed amount.  Stellantis acquired AIMotive, an autonomous driving startup.  Stefano Bernardi launched Unruly Capital, an €18m climate and deeptech fund.  CDP 🇮🇹announced PiemonteNext, a co-investment fund focused on startups from the Piedmont region.  Michele Padovani 🇮🇹launched Bonsai Ventures, a ~12m pre-seed investment holding.
