Fresh from PSIA/AASI Team training, Alpine Coach Michael Rogan joins Dave and Angelo to talk about the team's focus and the onboarding of new team members.  Michael describes the technical focus at team training and the format used to help team members feel comfortable and start to get to know each other and meld as a team.  Michael gives great advise on how the focus from team training can be used to make all of our fall refresher clinics be more fun and rewarding.
