Mark Aiken and Kevin Jordan chat with Chaos and Co. about the new PSIA/AASI "Teaching Children Snowsports" manual. They give the low down on the process of writing the manual some cool highlights and some great insights on how they evolved the thinking of learning theory like "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs".  Mark discusses how the new manual was written to focus on application and how real life examples are used throughout the manual.  Kevin lets us know that the manual reads like a conversation and not that normal put you to sleep type of manual.
