Vaccine Confidence vs Public Health

Is it more important to preserve vaccine confidence than public health? As new evidence emerges on a daily basis of the potential harms caused by the mass pharmaceutical interventions (I know you can read between the lines!) over the past 2 years, surely we have to ponder the lengths that public health officials are willing to go in an attempt to preserve vaccine confidence? What human cost are public health organisations willing to pay before enough is enough and an investigation is launched?
