Hugh Hudson Tribute and Chariots of Fire Part 1
The Cine-Files - A podcast by Steve Morris & John Rocha

A few days ago we lost the director of one of our favorite films. Sir Hugh Hudson doesn't have a long list of classic films on his IMDB but he was a director who dedicated his entire life to the craft of filmmaking and also happened to make one of the greatest sports films of all time and one of our personal favorites, Chariots of Fire. This story of two Olympic sprinters competing just after World War I is as deeply moving as it was when it came out over 40 years ago. If you haven't seen this incredible film you can buy or stream it right here. https://amzn.to/3k1W3hp Don’t forget to support The Cine-Files at https://www.patreon.com/TheCineFiles and purchase any film we feature at https://www.cine-files.net Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheCineFilesPod/?ref=bookmarks John @therochasays Steve @srmorris The Cine-Files Twitter @cine_files Instagram thecinefilespodcast --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thecine-files/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thecine-files/support Our Sponsors: * Check out Awaken180° Weightloss: https://awaken180weightloss.com * Check out Hims: https://hims.com/CINEFILES * Check out TruDiagnostic and use my code CINEFILES for a great deal: https://www.trudiagnostic.com * Check out Washington Red Raspberries: https://redrazz.org Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/the-cine-files/donations Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
