Hyundai finally debuted the new, all-electric Ioniq 5 this week, The U.S.-market Ioniq 5 will make up to 300 horsepower and 446 pound-feet of torque and has a 77.4-kWh battery. It is slated to go on sale this fall, with other Ioniq models coming in 2022 and 2024. Hyundai’s battery can go from 5 percent to 80 percent in 18 minutes and features a solar roof, vehicle 2 vehicle charging, remote parking, and a load of other enticing features rivaling that of the popular Tesla Model Y.
