It’s launched an entrepreneurship program for individuals to become sales representatives, as well as the 20/20 Collective, a membership-based winery experience that’s comparable to private recreational clubs like the Soho House, but with wine. All of these initiatives have led the company to be among the top 250 domestic wineries in volume sold. Wojtkiewicz­ is paying forward the success of the business by donating more than $6 million to various nonprofits and raising awareness around thousands more.
