Parents Pivot: How to Change Careers in the Middle of a Pandemic with Anna McKay

I interviewed Anna McKay in March 2020, right before the pandemic hit. It's the only recording of LMNH that I've ever lost, and I often wonder what it would be like to go back and listen to that conversation in light of everything we know now. Anna and I discussed how to change careers when you've become a parent and are realizing you have new priorities upon re-entering the workforce, but neither one of us knew what types of challenges parents would be facing only weeks after we spoke.
