Season 3 Intro- Whats in store?

Oh boy . this is going to be the best season so far. The first two episodes I have wanted to bring to you for a long time, however the atmosphere never felt quite right because this is the most uncomfortable of topics. There is a caveat here for you be aware of as the material i episode 1 and 2 relates to children and sexual abuse material online.  It woulds seem I am being asked to speak more on this subject matter and so I felt the time was right to have these conversations. SYNTHESIS of THEORY AND PRACTICE Since beginning this podcast I wanted to synthesise my therapy world with tech and biohacking (functional health) and this seemed haphazard whist I figured out who to talk to and and how to bring them together on the podcast- however during the last year I have been putting theory and practice together as a Functional Psychotherapist outsode of the podcast and voila season 3 will feel more coherent and with actionable tasks and advice for you from the experts ...and there are a number of them to come this next year; helpful tips on Parenting, professional practice and personal hacks just found a way into your ears. I look forward to taking you an an epic journey in season 3!
