When healing occurs, maintain the change through permanent lifestyle adjustments—different foods, environments, relationships, and thought patterns. Don't return to old ways that created previous conditions. The renewal of the mind happens not merely through information but through applying spiritual instructions that reshape thinking and behavior. The communion table represents covenant, where Christ invites all to participate in His broken body and blood. This participation requires discerning the Lord's body—recognizing our connection to other believers rather than focusing selfishly on personal needs. In this covenant, believers find eternal life, the ultimate purpose of revelation. For those seeking deeper understanding, approach scripture with humility. Don't call unfamiliar teachings heresy; instead, recognize God reveals different dimensions to different people. Test everything by the Spirit, interpret scriptures in community with other scriptures, and remember that revelation is entrusted to faithful servants who will teach others.
